Privacy Policy
WheelSpinner stores your wheel entries, settings, images and history only in your browser's local storage. We don't receive them or sell them. Advertising and analytics partners may set cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy. You can clear all site data at any time in your browser settings.
Summary
WheelSpinner is designed to work without collecting your wheel data. Your entries, settings, images and history are stored only in your browser on your device. We don't receive, sell or share them. The site is funded by advertising, and advertising partners may use cookies according to your choices.
Data stored on your device
When you use a wheel or tool, the site saves your entries, weights, colours, images, sound and spin settings and results history in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. You can delete it at any time with the Clear buttons in the tool or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Share links
When you click Share, your wheel's entries and settings are encoded into the link itself, after the # symbol. That part of a link is not sent to our server when the page loads. Anyone you give the link to can read the entries, so share links containing personal information only with people who should see them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This data is used for security and operations and kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads to keep the tools free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show, measure and, where you consent, personalise ads. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent through a consent banner and you can change your choices at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details. Advertising partners do not receive the contents of your wheels.
Emails you send us
If you email info@wheelspinner.pro, we use your email address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Please don't send personal data about other people, such as student lists.
Children
Our tools are used in classrooms, but they don't require any personal data to work. Teachers should follow their school's policies and use first names or initials on wheels.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to object to certain processing. Because wheel data is only on your device, you control it directly. For anything else, email info@wheelspinner.pro with "Privacy" in the subject.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version.
